Part 1 Teachers
Do you want to be a teacher in the future?
No, I would rather not to choose to be a teacher. Even though I like my teachers, who ceaselessly put in efforts in educating us, I think I do not have the patience to deal with students. I tend to be irritated whenever things are not going in the way I expect them to. So in schools, if students fail to learn certain knowledge, I would lose my temper.
Do you remember one of your teachers? /Do you have a favorite teacher?
The teacher who inspired my passion in English, Mrs. Lv is my favorite teacher. Instead of giving tedious babblings about grammars and vocabulary, she led us into the vast land of Britain. By posting the photos and attach corresponding introductions, we immediately mastered the usage of the words and phrases given in that exact context. Meanwhile, she inspired us to see the world with our own eyes, not only by traveling to foreign places, but also pay attention to the beauties surrounding.
What were your primary school teachers like?
Actually, my primate school was no good memory. I graduated from a local community primary school where students were from the vicinity. Overall, they did not possess any passion in learning and teachers were no teachers but monotonous repeaters who only read the textbooks every day. Their eyes did not glisten the light of educators who seek to raise the next generation to their best.

Describe someone you know who often helps others
You should say:
What he/she is like
How he/she helps others
Why his/her help is beneficial
And explain why he/she helps others
I should say, the restaurant owner we call Big Wang, is the most warm-hearted person I’ve ever met. He’s tall, six inches and half, with a bald head glistening under the light. He’s got tattoos, dragons and tigers, all over his arm. The tattoos are depicted in fully because their canvas is big enough——his biceps are huge as if he could neutralize a cow with only one punch.
As his restaurant targets at night owls who gather around for midnight beer and barbecue, there are a lot more men on the table than women. With the spirit, some man would lose their mind to harass their female companions, regardless of their willingness. Big Wang never allows that to happen under his reign. Every time when he steps up and with the mere ‘What happened?’, his vicious appearance and muscular body silences the scenes immediately.
Not only that, when the summer sun scorches the ground, he would provide free cold beverage for the cleaners and workers. He says that without those people’s help, this street would not be a clean place and his business would not been that popular. At least he could do something to give back.

How can children help their parents at home?
Children can help their parents in various ways. They could take some parts of the housework, like washing the dishes and cleaning their own room. But as parents always tend to worry about everything of their children, as long as children behave well, they are actually helping out.
Should children be taught to help others?
Yes definitely! As the saying goes, roses given, fragrance lingers. It rests in our virtue to help others regardless of the pay-back, especially for the young generation. It raises their awareness of social responsibilities, to help the country become a better place. For example, simply giving the seat to an elder person can just make his/her day.
What makes children help each other at school?
Actually, more and more children realize that helping others is helping themselves. For example, teaching their classmates a solution to a math problem can be viewed as a process of revision for themselves. It also develops friendship that could be highly beneficial in later careers.
Should students do community service? Why?
Definitely! It helps to make students aware of how they, by their power, could make their surrounding a better place. They will generally form such a habit in giving out to others, especially to those in urgent needs, like the elderly and their less gifted peers. Also, when they enjoy the service by community, they should contribute their own effort to it, making it last.
Do students in your country do volunteer work?
Yes, and it is actually a part of graduation requirement for my elementary school. I chose to read the books to and chat with elder people in the nursing home. They suffered from vision and auditory disorder so the vitality young children brought could cheer them up in the days, which more or less contribute to their longevity.
Why do some people do volunteer work all over the world?
If they are on the trip themselves, voluntary work gives more meaning to it. The more they see about the world’s suffering, the more they cherish the life they are already in, to be more content rather than cynical. They could also call for attention if the situation is in really urgent need for caring since they can compare different situations according to their criteria based on their own experiences.
